During your call, a trilingual advisor will assist you until you are safe. You will be guided on the phone and our advisor will mobilize the necessary operational means or emergency services.

Examples

• You are the victim of a crime or attack (threat, theft, extortion, kidnapping, etc).
• One of your employees has been missing for several hours in unusual circumstances.
• You are being followed by suspect individuals or vehicles.
• You are being submitted to a police check in an isolated area and/or the officers are acting suspiciously.
• You see suspicious people loitering outside your home.
• Your vehicle has broken down in an isolated area or near to aggressive individuals.
